I think the people best placed to answer your question might be former students or alternatively people who work in the sort of job roles (or recruit for the roles) that you might want in future.

LinkedIn is a good tool for both!

In terms of less industry specific advice, Glasgow University/GSA are traditional institutions which are well respected and prestigious. They are also arguably comparatively traditional with all of the positives and negatives that this would suggest.

GCU is a newer university which has a reputation for widening access to university education and courses with a vocational focus. As a third year entrant you might find that GCU as an institution is a little more experienced with students articulating from college/direct entry, although I couldn't say that with certainty.

Their reputation is also for being a little more experienced in supporting students from backgrounds where attending university might be less common. Again, that's reputation so your individual experience may vary!

I can say from personal experience that they are both good uni's with strengths and weaknesses and I'm sure you will have a great experience which ever you go for.
