| Comment | My d/d has been £55 a month Inc buildings insurance for the best part of 5 years. They have a rule on how quickly you pay the balance (I still don't get it) so I think you're actually better off paying it upfront then doing the DD if you can. I started at £50 pm when I moved in so I don't feel that's terrible in terms of increases. We have no internal cleaning though as the flats were built without power sockets in the closes, they used to hire a generator but don't bother anymore. |
