| Comment | They tried to charge us £65k for a survey for our tenement! They said once the survey had been done we’d be liable for the repairs listed and pursued us aggressively for it. My sister ended up taking them to a tribunal and they lost. Total racketeering and very stressful for everyone involved.
We managed to get rid of them, switched to Anne Gordon property who were much better - that was about ten years ago. Straight forward to switch but you need to get everyone on board. |
