100% agree the parking there should be enforced, the people just parking in the middle of the road are hard to believe.
I would expect if we were to see the numbers that 1 lane of traffic is a lot less dangerous for drunk pedestrians than 3, and half the people parking terribly are taxis, people who need to get a taxi can get one (availability issues with taxis in general aside) |
