| Comment | Agreed with pretty much everyone else! Awful company, taking over £100 a month from eight residents in my tenement building. This only includes stair cleaning which is never done regularly. The building is in need of so much repair in the close including cracking plaster, broken windows etc. Doesn’t even include maintenance of the bin sheds or grass cutting. My intercom is broken which they said they won’t cover. On top of this they automatically include buildings insurance which you can’t opt out of, and this is with Zurich which is a crazy expensive rate. Been trying to get rid of them for years in my block but we can’t seem to get a majority to agree cause people can’t be bothered to move. Would recommend self factoring for all that Ross and Liddel do for the building. |
