Those fees are crazy and things you’d expect to be included as part of their tasks! I think the company I had checked on trustpilot must have been the one you used. Makes sense they’re cheap for a reason with hidden costs. I was thinking higher end priced solicitors were a bit much but they all must be priced similar if some have hidden fees added.
