| Comment | I got doored a number of years ago, by a guy who'd parked on double yellows at the corner of a junction cos he was rushing to get to a bookies - made me crash into another car, so their insurance all got involved and I had to give my statements to both, got sent to physio (if you get sent to physio, go, and take it seriously - I went, but didn't take it seriously, didn't do the exercises she sent me away with as often as I should have) and one of my old injuries flared up this winter.) and in the end got a settlement. I am struggling to remember the name of the lawyers that represented me, I'll try and look it out, but Cycle Law Scotland do sound like an absolutely great group to be in touch with. |
