Place I used to live at, neighbour constantly had food out for wildlife and refused to accept they were causing a rat problem as they had being doing it for years.
I sent up a webcam overlooking my garden (plus capturing the feeder). U also put up the ring sticker so no one could complain I was illegally filming them.
First night showed about 20 rats on there feeders.
This eventually persuaded them to take them down.
Literally two weeks later they had them back up.
