| Comment | Thanks for the recommendation! I did get a few quotes and while BK Gills was definitely the most friendly and enthusiastic, their quote was about 20-30% higher than the other two solicitors I tried.
I suppose we're trying to think if it's worth paying more for their service as our property search is also time-critical - we're looking to exchange within the next 3-4 months and looking to make offers very soon. Any thoughts? |
