| Comment | Had ours done during COVID. Started at £55k and rose to over £80k, which did include a new slate roof.
Can't recommend the company as whilst they did fix every problem, they did miss-sell and low-ball at the outset. My advice, go for a higher quote from a company that has a quantity surveyor on the books and get it in writing who is doing project management. |
