Nowhere did is say anyone doesn’t matter. I cannot understand how anyone can say this is a bad idea and doesn’t benefit everyone in the long run. We have to start doing things like this.
Read the article. I do think GCC and the government haven’t given enough help to those that need it. Something like the scrappage scheme should have been put in place to help those that can’t afford it, and it should be paid for by increasing the VED on massive Range Rovers and big fuck off diesel cars that are only taxed on their CO2 output, but still pump out other poisonous gases. |
