Hopefully you've applied for your National Entitlement Card so you can get about the city for free by bus. I'd start by getting on a bus in the city centre and staying on for the entire route and see where it goes. Keep an eye out for anything interesting you see en route and jump off and explore. My other suggestions would be to spend some walking around the necropolis and taking in the views and some of the amazing old tombstones and spending a day exploring Pollok Park and the Burrell Collection.
