| Comment | GCC should not picking up litter from the streets, GCC already spend way more money than they should be having people pick litter up, money that could be used far better in other places.
People should not be dropping litter all over the place, and that starts with making sure that people realise they are responsible for the shit in the streets, its not some magical council problem to fix. |
