First, I’m very sorry for your loss, deepest condolences. Secondly I’m pretty sure doctors and nurses don’t drive the ambulances so that’s unrelated. I know that NHS Scotland isn’t perfect and their is room for improvement, but I know it’s better than England and I’d rather pay the extra tax.
