If the lines are clean it's hard to fuck up. Even if you fuck up and give it a massive head it's easy enough to fix and the person drinking it at the end won't know the difference.
There's a lot more to fuck up making a decent flat white with an espresso machine, evidenced my the amount of folk that burn the milk or hand you something so foamy it's basically a cappuccino.
Making cocktails and making coffee are closer in terms of the knowledge/skill that goes into them. |
