| Comment | I doubt the OP has access to public CCTV, the onus is on the premises or authorities to correctly inform people they are being recorded, however most businesses can say it has a genuine reason to record without consent which means GDPR does not apply necessarily apply so its bollocks to suggest if they have it that they can’t give to the police because of GDPR. The onus is on the organisation to decide if they will fall shy of the regulations by giving access to someone. |
