Comment	If your comfortable maybe mention how many years you've worked and what skills you have? Unlike other professions it's hard to assume with IT workers. Doctors, lawyers (depending on which law) you can assume. I can talk to two IT guys, ones on 20k others on 120k...non management role! It's strange
