Comment	I'm also in software development. I'm in my 3rd job now. Salary went like this... Job 1: 19k, raise to 21k after 2 years. Job 2: 30k, raise to 35k after 2 years. Job 3: 52k, been working there for 4 years and I'm on 60k now. Depending how much experience you've got, 26k may be ok. How many years exp do you have?
