A lot of these new build estates that are popping up all over the place are soulless hellholes. Somewhere like Newton for example, nothing but houses, very little or non existant local amenities, no buses, one terrible pub, everybody with two cars on PCP, including one 4x4 type thing that they don't need with a copy of Ed Sheerans latest album in there.
