| Comment | Being completely honest, NHS work is a fucking nightmare and it gets worse every single year. Regardless of where you work you're going to have more work than a single person can manage, anybody leaves then they don't get replaced and you're just meant to manage their work as well. So there's constant pressure, mistakes, and the thickest and meanest cunts get promoted into management positions so they don't give a fuck. The entire NHS GGC is an absolute shambles and I regret ever starting and now I'm that burnt out that I can't even look at other jobs because I don't have the energy and I'm so depressed that the future looks so hopeless that I'd rather just top myself. So aye if that sounds good to you then please come join the NHS! |
