| Comment | Fraserburgh (The Broch) is undoubtedly worse than Peterheid. I think most of us in the NE would agree. The two towns have an odd rivalry with each other but I think Fraserburgh’s early 90s record as the most heroin-addicted place in the U.K. per capita makes it worse. Full of junkies, ex and current fisherman, and oil industry workers. Not a lot of hope for any of those professions. |
