Comment	It depends on how much you spend. I hire a desk in spaces- it’s a quiet space desk but I can use the communal areas too if I wish. Communal areas you end up overhearing bits of meetings/general chatter/people going for coffee no more than your average office noise. I like it. It feels quite dynamic and the amenities are nice.
