We are getting by but that's with 2 finances. We have a household income of about £60k but we have nursery fees of £700+ a month plus mortgage. I think way more carefully about everything now. I feel like our salaries would have been considered quite high a couple of years ago but now everything is so pinched. I also haven't had a pay rise in 3 years so it hasn't gone up with inflation but all costs have increased and other half's salary has gone down due to changing to a lower paid role. |
