| Comment | For the people saying how come my usual spotless establishment is in the red and the filthy place is not there, there is a simple explanation. There are some things that are considered a critical fail with an EHO visit. For example, if one member of staff has not done or even renewed their food hygiene training, which has to be done yearly btw, that's an auto fail. It's really easy for things like that to get missed. |
