| Comment | I am not but I have tried both, and I know for a fact that a lot more Vietnamese customers dine at NV. Their pho broth takes over 24 hours to cook too.
And given that Hanoi Bike Shop has recently been taken over by a pub chain I can only imagine it'll only get less authentic and more generic and it already was.
Hanoi Bike Shop is about as authentically Vietnamese as a deep fried Mars bar. |
