| Comment | You might be better off going into a branch by the sound of it. It's genuinely astounding how many important things are just impossible to deal with over the phone now. Even the fucking ENT department at the QEUH dinghied me consistently every time I tried to call up and ask if I was any further forward with getting an appointment, over the course of several months. Got some issues with my council tax at the moment as well and there isn't a phone number for enquiries or that, just an automated payment line and an email address. Pisses me off to no end. |
