Anybody buying in Cambuslang or surrounding areas? I'm looking to buy in Cambuslang/Whitlawburn/Burnside area with a budget of around 130k ideally. I'm a FTB and haven't dipped my toe in deep yet, I see a lot of people talking about houses going for about 20% over the "offers over" value. Is this across the board or in certain areas?
