| Comment | I used to work in that building (but not in Drury’s) and I suspect it’s maybe something to do with it being a listed building, there’s certain things the can and can’t change. Also looking on Google maps, the building where Drury St is doesn’t look to back on to a courtyard, just more buildings so maybe they can only face the fryers forward as they’d just be pumping it into another business otherwise. |
