Fellow upper conversion dweller here. Try and keep on the good side of your downstairs neighbours even if they're arseholes. Especially if any common repairs need done. Mine have pissed me off umpteen times but they've always agreed to split repairs 50/50. DM me if you'd like some upper conversion knowledge!
