First bus is obviously to blame if that is the case for not giving drivers an updated route. Not that anything will Happen from this. First bus will continue to run a shitty overpriced service to gouge Glasgow for profit.
They just lost their rail network down in England for being shitty, they will run similar management here. Get them out and bring in a real publicly owned alternative.
