8. Re: council tax - the bands are all up on the council tax website ( [https://www.glasgow.gov.uk/counciltax](https://www.glasgow.gov.uk/counciltax) ), and I believe the single person discount is 25% (someone correct me if I'm wrong)
9. My OH is self-employed, and whenever we have applied for flats in the past, he has had to provide 3 years of his accounts as proof of income - could be different for different landlords though. |
