| Comment | Just thought of another point regarding your self employed status - if it seems like it could be causing a problem, you could see whether you can secure a guarantor and whether that would alleviate any landlords worries about letting to you. A guarantor is basically someone who would also sign a part of the lease that says they'd take responsibility if you fail to pay the rent.. might be tough to find someone willing to do that for you, but figured it worth mentioning anyway. |
