| Comment | Hi, thanks for this input. I updated my address with Bank of Scotland in person, gave the lady my council tax bill and it got sorted. My husband on the other hand, changed his with TSB online and after a few days it went back to 20 Potato Road, ditching Flat 5, so he has to call them now to fix it or something. I can see how this could be an issue when we apply for mortgage in the future. This is just mad, honestly. |
