| Comment | I think the pandemic fucked things up, like so many other things, but I can't say how things are for sure because it's been a few years since I adopted a cat through one of the charities, sorry. I'd guess that a lot of people are giving up pets at the moment due to financial stresses, so they might be dealing with an influx of pets. Also, I'm not sure how that law is or whether it will be enforced - landlords frequently pay no mind to what they should, legal or not. Sorry I'm not much help. Hope things work out soon! |
