This was in England, standard "no pets" clause stays the same in Scotland.
(Don't think the change in England is going to do many people much good either, the landlord can make some shit up about allergies or insurance or whatever and refuse you anyway, they just have to give you a letter with a refusal now instead of it being baked in.)
