Most have already been mentioned, but Paisley have a small farmer's market on the 2nd and last Saturday of each month if the others aren't on. It's a 10 minute train journey from Central Station so not a massive travel burden.

Worth asking though, what is your expectation of a farmer's market? Around the world they can vary wildly, so in Glasgow it's generally smaller affairs, likely with a couple of meat stalls, some fresh veg, then coffee and some miscellaneous (cheese, salami, etc), they aren't the big food fair type things you might see elsewhere. If there's something specific you are hoping to find, there might be better places than farmer's markets to get them.
