| Comment | it's worth mentioning that right now, the NHS are going through a lot and cuts are being made everywhere, especially to a lot of services considered "non essential" sandyford (while offering great and vital services to many LGBTQ+ folk, survivors and lots of other services) has had it's funding cut by quite a bit from what i understand. plus given that it deals with a lot of trans healthcare issues, it's been under fire for a while.
the best tip i can give is talk to your GP and keep trying to contact sandyford. i've had good luck going there in person, explaining the situation and asking to be put on the list when appointments become available (not for PREP btw) the staff there are lovely and usually try to be as accommodating as possible given the issues. |
