Comment	I came here to say about Nelson Mandela place but thought I’d check before posting separately. I love it when you think about their official headed paper for letters, etc HAD to include the name nelson Mandela. I believe the consulate tried to get a PO Box to get round it, but they were refused one (the rumour is that “strings were pulled” to make sure they didn’t get it).
