I lived 6 years without a car but since I got second kid I had to get a car. Wouldn't be able to manage 2 FT jobs and 2 kids with different schedule without a car. 20min walk is 40 min walk with a 5-6 years old, public transport is a bit kf a joke hete as well. Usable if you are on your own but not much with small kids.
