Most other LEZ zones work on you pay if you enter?
Pay as you enter let's the people who can't comply right now or in the near future still do business and pass the cost to the customer!
Until the general market means compatible vehicles are affordable to all, this just punishes those on the borderline and below.
A straight multiplying fine is stupid and there is still a fucking motorway through the city centre, within the LEZ zone!!! |
