The carne asada episode of the taco chronicles shows something that will never be achieved here: traditional "harina" (flour) tortillas.

Everyone assumes traditional should be corn, but in Sonora etc they all eat flour tortillas and let me tell you, they're unlike ANYTHING we've got in Glasgow/Scotland/UK. Our shitey rubber crap will never allow us to get great tacos.

As for *decent/nice* - Las Iguanas is good. Bibis the best. And El Cartel in Edinburgh.
