| Comment | Seen a fair amount of studies saying they replace a significant number of car journeys, I havent dug into any of those studies so not sure which are more significant but at the least its contested. Its very hard to imagine that with a well designed active travel network in place that a large amount of car journeys wouldnt be replaced.
I prefer bikes, don't think I would ever get a scooter, but know for a lot of less mobile people the scooter helps a lot. |
