If someone is sick. I think they should get treatment. Irrespective of whether they’ve paid tax.
It’s pretty inhumane to think we would rather just leave someone suffering.
Also you get to the argument over how much is enough tax to warrant treatment. Is there a threshold? What about people who use the NHS more? Let’s not start moving towards a more capitalist American model…
