| Comment | Had this years ago with a downstairs neighbour. Old alcoholic guy. Often found comatose outside his flat door or the actual main close door. Aggressive and abusive if you tried to help him.
I woke up one morning to discover 2 bams had brought him home from the pub and proceeded to wreck his flat and rob him.
I contacted social services with a detailed list of all the incidents including this latest one, with a real expression of worry for his safety.
Got fuck all response back from them🙄 |
