Uk Born citizens living in UK or abroad? Should people be able to return to UK after x amount of years elsewhere just for medical treatment?

Private health insurance for children? What if people can’t afford private health care - no treatment?

Asylum seekers in the vast majority are not permitted to work - how would you suggest they get treatment?

If you are permitted to use the NHS - should you be paying full taxes to the country - given this is where a portion of tax goes?

Health insurance isn’t straight forward either. If people have it - it doesn’t cover every bit of treatment. Also if someone has a pre-existing condition - many insurance companies won’t cover the treatment, etc or they will ramp up the premiums up.

Scenario: someone injured there leg and needs surgery otherwise they will forever walk in pain & wont be able to work in construction industry any longer. They have insurance but can’t afford the excesses for the treatment & thus can’t get treatment.

That individual will now likely need heath treatment after 5 years on NHS. Potentially extra treatment for long term damage of not getting issue dealt with.

They will potentially claim benefits as they can’t work. Maybe even health benefits as it’s impacting their everyday life.

If they have their own property we’ve got issues with defaults, homeless, etc.

Point being - cost of treating someone could be much cheaper than the wider costs of not treating someone.
