| Comment | Honestly if you've done all these things unless you want to let this consume your life just have a few emails ready to go everytime they dump something but there's little motivation from anyone to tackle to people doing it head-on. They should be getting fined etc and the council should be contacting them and they might have already done this but I imgaine that if the people are doing this so blantantly they probably just don't care and will continue.
There are some other things you can do though, get together with your neighbours and plant some flowers or something in the area where it gets dumped. Get the local community involved in the area so it's not just you. See if anyone else is contacting the council and start barraging them with emails.

If you know their address then you could also look it up and find their landlord (if they are renting) and start contacting them on a regular basis, This would however put your name out there and the landlord might just tell them. You could alternatively report the landlord for flytipping as its his property,. |
