A PH car not attached to a base already will be few and far between. Check gumtree. Occasionally you can get a car already plated up and then you can work from whatever base you want. Most uber drivers will be owner drivers though.

Thats the way PH works generally. You either rent from an existing PH company who runs their own fleet, or use your own car and you can join whatever operator you want. Whether that be Uber or A N Other. |
