| Comment | The selling and buying of a property in Scotland can be *rapid*. I have listed places on a Thursday, accepted an offer on Friday and the paperwork done on Monday.
Actual moving can take longer due to due diligence, checks etc; but the major work is all sorted.
*Do not* confuse the Scottish system (quirky and difficult in a sellers market, like now) with the English one (raging shitshow). |
