You are now paying more over all for zero gain. Never mind the issue of things being bought in rUK not being part of the scheme.
I am not totally opposed to the idea, because if it cuts down on the sheer amount of litter then that is a win, but it seems to be getting implemented in the most kack-handed way possible with zero reference to other countries that have such systems in place. |
