Comment | I think many of these reviews are related to them as factors, not necessarily letting agent. I know some people in my block experienced delays with them fixing stuff however I personally always received any help I needed quickly, including emergency plumbing repairs etc. Plus the secure tenancy, the quality, the price and location of my current flat beats any potential flaws in service tbh. (I think in mid market crieteria they aren’t allowed to charge more than 700 a month for a one and two bedroom flat. For example - my place is a 2 bed in the city centre for 620 a month) |
